HerzLeben Inc. helps pharmaceutical and life-science companies put generative AI to work, and builds business applications and AI agents for them. Our team brings hands-on experience from clinical practice, medical devices and pharma data science, so we understand the work and the data before we design and build — and we take projects through from start to finish.

As our client work grows, we are looking for contract partners who will take on projects with us, using generative AI.

What you would do: Requirements, design and development of business applications and AI agents for pharma and healthcare, built with generative AI such as Claude.
How we work: Mostly remote. Some projects may involve meetings at client sites in Japan. Workload is agreed project by project.
Who we are looking for: Anyone interested in using generative AI or data analysis in healthcare and pharma — any job title or background.
Language: Our clients are mainly life-science companies in Japan, and many projects are run in Japanese. Please tell us which languages you work in.

Aiming for a Claude certification?

HerzLeben is a member of Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network. As one of our partners, you can take the Claude certification exam “Claude Certified Architect – Foundations”.

The exam is open only to people affiliated with a Partner Network member
It can be taken online, in English or Japanese
If you pass, we reimburse the exam fee and pay you a reward on top

You can still register as a partner if you would rather not take the exam. We will contact you when a project fits.

Partner registration (first step)

After this first step, we will hold a 30-minute online interview (in English or Japanese), and then complete your registration.
